Has much fun as I had building this bow.And doing the build-a- long.Its time this bow finds a new owner to take care of and enjoy it. I've been fortunate to have been on the receiving end of give-a-ways. I remember how excited I was to have won in the past. I would like to pass along that great feeling to be a winner. The bow is 66" longbow 40# at 28". All the wood came within 2 miles of my house, Wild Cherry limbs and riser with Osage accents. Backed belly and back with .040 gray glass. This is my 30th bow I've built. Its a very smooth drawing and shooting bow.For those that got a chance to shoot it, its kinda zippy for 40# I think. On Sunday August 9th I'll draw the lucky winners name, no strings attached. The bow will have a string though :) So just say I'm in and good luck everyone. Thanks to all for your support and advice. looks like I'm slow to the draw as usual. But I have handled and shot this bow. For this style of longbow its a very damn nice bow. Any of you setting on the fence post get the hell off of it I think JF is nuts to give it away!
