I'd like to determine the vintage and possibly the bowyer on a couple of Howatts. One is a Hunter, older model, possibly Rosewood but not at all sure. The other is a more recent vintage Super Diablo.
I'll try to post images of each with the label if I can.

The Nunter label indicates "HHF 9546" with NE Plus Ultra.
The Super-D label indicates "ESD 3550" and is I believe Zebra wood?
Could Larry Hatfield weigh in possibly?

If memory serves correctly the zebrawood is a 90s model not sure about the me.

Yes, the Zebrawood is late '80s early nineties. The Hunter looks like a '62, but obviously Larry will know best.

I hope this image of the Hunter riser will suffice. It has the "knife edge" on the belly (?) side of the riser. Could be Redwood....very slim through the grip. Love this bow. Can year be determined? Serial is "HHF 9546 "NE Plus Ultra".

think the hunter is around 1965. could be off a year or two. the super d is a 1993.
