I was shooting great last night and then this morning, I walked out on the back porch to pee and there was a buck standing. Can't get much better than that.

Thanks for the info. Thought I was the only one who peed off his deck. :)

I always just assumed that was the reason for the spacing between the balusters of a railing. LOL

Don't presume your the lone Ranger now plenty have the same both those who live right as well as those who don't too you know.LOL

Maybe you ought to start peeing in a spot out back to start your mock scrap especially after you been on the sugar it will be nice and sweet. Like sweet tea.LOL

Balusters! So thats what you call these vertical boards..thank's rufedges.I had to space them on my deck a bit wider so I could pee between them..kinda like Gene Wensel and his wide mouthed pee bottle.!! From our deck I can darn near pee into the north atlantic.

Dang Codjigger, what a view!

On the mock scrape thing, human urine does indeed work just fine.

It's better to pee off the deck than on the deck!

This is IMO a [pardon the expression] piss poor thread!

I do it all the time..I think it helps keep snakes away.

Seriously..I've had copperheads five foot from crawling in my front door and several within 10' of door. Many more around the yard.

Since I've started peeing around the areas I've seen them..haven't seen a one. Two yrs now. I think it may be the ammonia..I've heard mothballs keep them away.

Don't really have a deck out back. But I do pee in the back yard often. I figure as a man its my right ;0)

Threw my sleeping bag down to sleep in a meadow where I live. Got up in the wee hours to pee. Smelled big cat urine. Went to where it smelled the strongest and peed. Figured the kitty, probably a young male, was trying to mark me out. So, I marked him out. Crawled back in my bag and finished a good night's sleep. Don't have a balcony. Have a 210 acre yard to pee in. The joys of being a boy are not lost on me.

THIS IS FUNNY! I'd like to save it under favorites! How Ya do dat? Ref: Going outside? Just be careful that You don't have nosey neighbor who likes to call the law and start trouble! Actually had that happen to a pen-pal! He was out mowing the lawn and stepped behind shrubbery to do his business! He went back to mowing the yard and then the police showed up! Batman

OK GUYS! I found the way to save to my FAVORITE THREADS! Wonder how much more can be talked about?

I pay more attention to the wind than to the neighbors.

It's for sure that when You are outside and need to take a whiz, that You don't have to worry about "aiming" or making a mess on the porcelain or putting the seat or lid back down! Just have to be careful ( as usual) that You have the "horse" all the way back in the barn before You start closing the barn door! Make a mistake on that part and can get rat hurty in a hurry! Batman PS? David has a good point about keeping track of wind direction and velocity! What was the old line by Jim Croce about "Yah don't "spit" into the wind?" Same principle!

Fortunately for me, I don't have to worry about neighbors when I shoot or pee.
