Some of you probably already know this, but Jim Belcher recently purchased Old Master Crafters and moved the operation to Michigan.

He also set up a nice website for it... www.omcbowyersupply.com

I know some fellow bowmakers have expressed interest in getting green glass over the years (myself included), so I just wanted to give a quick heads up that the company has GREEN BoTuff fiberglass in stock! I purchased some old stock green glass from them several weeks ago (which they sold out of pretty quick) and I was informed today that they just got a new batch in!

Green glass hasn't been available to the general public for quite some time (unless you purchased a 1,000 piece batch directly from Gordons, which few can afford to do).

For those of us who like green glass, it'll be very nice to finally have a supplier that offers it again!

So, if you're interested in purchasing some, get it while it's fresh! :^)

Here are a couple strips of the old stock green glass I purchased a few weeks ago being put to good use (just glued up the limbs today)...

It's really fun to use this classic color in one of my bows!

Looking forward to using more of it in the future! :^)

"That bow looks nice Recurve Crafter do you have any more pictures to share? "

Thank you.

No other pictures at the moment. I'll post some when it's done.

The colors and contrast will really pop after the finish is on it.

The rich green glass compliments the bubinga very well (to my eye anyways).

It's a fun combo to build. :^)

That is a beauty! Is that curly maple? The glued up photo looks like a piece of a pine 2x4. It's a real pretty combination of woods and the green glass.

I'm sure glad Brandon finished my Heritage TD already - I'd be looking at THAT color combination too. LOL In case anyone was interested, that particular one he showed was unspoken for, last I checked.

OMG...I love that green glass. I would love to have a nice recurve with green glass like the one pictured. Such a pretty bow. I'm gonna have to file this away in my memory banks for possible future use....
