Does anyone know the brace height range on a Ben Pearson Sovereign Series 62" Golden Knight? It is 37# @ 28 draw. Model 1047. Thanks for any help. Getting bad string slap. Thanks. Randy

Sorry about the double post. The AMO is 60", not 62. Randy

Start at 8 or 8 1/4 and adjust from there.

I have one of those, but I'm away from home right now. I think Clydebow's advice is right on. Seems like mine is at 8".

Very nice bow by the way!

Thanks Clyde and Bart. I was way low. Tightened up and a lot better now. Randy

Notice where the brace height was measured, before the a.m.o. standards were set

The photo is indeed a fooler, measured to the pivot point you can add an inch or even a tad more. 8 to 8 1/2 is where to start.

arrowwood, where did you find this info. I've looked everywhere and can only find small bits. Thanks a ton. George on my bow the difference is 1" on the nose. Thanks again Leatherwallers for the right info on my questions. Randy

Mine's exactly an inch different too. I have a few old catalogs. This one (the 1965 Pearson Golden Sovereign catalog) is on a pdf at the new Ben Pearson archery company's website. They have most of the regular Pearson catalogs there, but 1965 is the only Sovereign catalog listed out of 1963-68.
