Rollinman we will have food at breakfast lunch and dinner it will be simple hot dogs burgers and beans breakfast probably eggs sausage gravy and biscuits

This is our first year holding it on memorial day weekend so we are not sure . We used to have it in July but we conflicted with local all trad club and we were getting between 50 and 75 hopefully we can double those # s

Got information late about this event.
I do, however, have this event listed along with approximately 80 other major traditional archery shoots around the country, listed in the "American Traditional Archer" mail-out for next year.
