I stopped at a garage sale and was buying a Kodak Special when the guy said he would throw another fiberglass bow in for free. It ended up being a 50lb Shakespeare Parabow. I figured George would appreciate this bow.

I wish I knew where to find those. i see the 40 & 45# parabows around, but not the 50#.Cool Bow, hopefully George will respond.

What are the tips like and the riser. The Parabow was anywhere from very fancy to a straight limb cheapo. The B1, and B2 were the nicest of the bunch.

You did good. Get a good quality low stretch string and watch how well it can shoot.

I thought it would make a nice carp bow as well to put in the canoe and not have to worry about getting nicked or dinged up.
