I just bought and took delivery of yesterday a bow I have been wanting for a long time because it's the same year I was born. It is 64" 48@28 . Sweet shooting bow and clean for its age. Does have two filled holes that don't look to bad. I love the way it shoots. I just wish it didn't have the site thingy built into the riser. But in another sense it looks ok with it. I will work on getting pictures posted.

Not sure if you hace tried this, but I always save it to my computer and then load the pic from a html file format. Basically my computer saves images that way and all I have to do is click the embed a photo.

Was that Snuffer's bow? Looked very nice. I was surprised it lasted in the classifieds for as long as it did. Have you thought of trying to find one of the nice covers for the routed section. They made them with nice scrollwork and often a build in brush rest with adjustable button. Not bad looking and provide an awesome rest. I have pics of some, but of course, cannot post them;-)

When you put a URL into the text box a "space" is added someplace. In this case it is between "? cid"

I like the Super K of almost any vintage! Nice bows.

You could look for a "donor bow" with the side plate. Many of the Polars and KS models had them too. Put out a wanted ad here and see if anyone has the odd parts laying around or a wallhanger with the plate that you could buy.

The Premier sight was factory installed, and to me doesn't detract from the bow at all. Lots of folks (most around here) used sights on their hunting bows back then. You may can find a cover for it at some point.

I would like to see one with the site pins on it.
