The other day I saw James was taking orders again so I called and got on the waiting list.James guessed mid to late summer for delivery.I'm leaning towards the Argos maybe the Taipan.I've never held let alone shot a forward riser bow like the Taipan so that's why the Argos is more likely the one I'll go with.Anyway I'd like to hear how folks with either like theirs.Pros-cons wood choices whatever.FYI I'm shooting a 68" 68@27" Scorpion Longbow with oval Hill grip now.Thinking 64" or 62" 60 pounder this time.

My Taipan is my favorite James Berry bow. It just consistently puts a heavy arrow where I look in relatively short amount of time. All his bows are great shooters and excellent craftsmanship but to me the Taipan is the best point and fire of the bunch. IMHO - your mileage may vary

Is the Taipan and Taipan Accuracy the same bow?The site only shows the TA.I like a forgiving bow so I am tempted to take a chance with the forward riser.

Personally.....I would talk to James, tell him what I wanted a bow to do, and go with that he recommends.
