finish to rub into an older bow

what finish would be good to rub into or put on an older lamb. bow to reseal it good. just a little worn and was trying to keep out any moistur. does not need refinished totally. thanks

Birch wood Casey TruOil would be my choice.

I would lightly sand it with 1200 grit wet and dry paper and then use TruOil.
