I came home from work today and my Hill Legend Stick was on the front porch....a week earlier then expected. Having owned numerous Hills, new and used I have to say this is one great looking nicely made bow!! It has a strong resemblance a strong to my early 50's vintage Green Dragon. It's 68", brown back, white belly, string follow, 52#@28". It shoots as good as it looks. Can't get outside with the 4+feet of snow but this is the first few shots in my basement at 14 yards.

Great lookin' riser, Art. Any other pics that you could post? Glad that you like it.

Great looking bow Little Delta. The limbs and riser look darker than the one Craig has on his site?

From: Little Delta
Date: 18-Feb-15

Yes, I think so. The limb color is about the same as my older Hills bows from the 50's-60's.

Very nice Art, if I were going to order a Hill that would be my choice, that's a great purchase.

Looks like a working man's bow. To me, there is nothing nicer than subdued tones and colored glass to set-off a classic longbow. Love it.

Congratulations from somebody who worked very hard to learn how to shoot a Hill bow. By the way, who has a basement that's 14 yards long!?

That me with the 14 yard basement. I can do 11 yards easy. Fourteen requires me to open a door and back into the entry hallway and squat a bit to shoot......can't wait til spring!!!! I have over four feet of snow on the ground with more coming down as I type this.

The grey grip looks great Rooty. Looks very 50's era.

This is a shot of my Legend Stick along with my early 1950's vintage "Green Dragon". It appears that this was the appearance that Craig was looking to achieve.....and did it well.
