Hi everybody, long long time no see. It's been 7 years no building. This is my short recurve build along.

This is my first time use band saw to build bow, it is very easy to use and help a lot. I alway use pull saw before. it is not difficult to use a pull saw cut a straight line. But band saw can save material.

Yes good to see you back. I know that bandsaw will save wood but I did admire your handsaw skills. I will be watching.

Hi Trux Turning. I think it depend on how long and how thick the additional glass was.I add 0.060 glass, add more then 15 lbs.

I didn't use tillering block this time. I used to use a homemade washer tillering block, but this time I didn't. Because there no limb twist , using a tillering block to find the limb tip center point is not necessary .Just eyeball check and sanding it.

nice-how did you get such a nice 90degree angle on the shelf? Does your bandsaw allow it or did you cut the shelf with something else?
