anybody familiar with martin bows. i bought this at a pond shop for $40.00. on the handle it says THE STICK it a 45lb L HANDED. would appreciate any information about bow. thank you

The Stick was a relatively recent offering in the Martin lineup shortly before they went on the auction block...it was not a particularly expensive bow as I recall but at 40 bucks it is a steal...unlike some of their other less expensive bows I believe it was made in the USA

started out as a kids bow but more dads bought them than for the kids. very basic bow. not bad, but not a real good bow.
