Looks like it will work. Don't really see how you could do anything else.

As long as that's the arrow side you should be good to go. Small add on rest and padded side plate is all that's needed to give you close to center shot

...but, of course you don't need close to center shot...

"Asp'N Bow". That's what I called it as I saw your photo. Bet that will be fun to shoot...!

Does the second photo shows where the string lays on the handle?

Same question as George..... I see and agree with what you are doing, and I approve generally (since you need my approval!(: ), but I wonder if your grip area is too far off to one side? This will cause torque.

If the arrow passes at center, I think that is fine, even great, but if the presure point of your hand is off center, the torque could make it hard to shoot. That's the only trouble I can see coming from this; you'd have to wrestle it a bit for accuracy.

Can you move the grip placement down an inch? Could you steam bend one limb off 3/4". Just take it in your hand, brace the limb tips angainst something, and see how it wants to act.

She's a beauty, though.

It does torque , i'm taking the limb the other way , will post after the change

Shouldn't need much. I'm excited for you.

corrected the string alignment, tillared it out and flipped the tips a little and it feels good in the hand. this confriguration has caught my eye and i couldn't see it in this stave with the bark on will post pictures later

Kenny could you not find a stave with more knots. Lol. Looks good as always. Shock ? Yes or no? Arvin

I just roughed out a BL stave with exactly that offset in the handle. So, I get to practice what I preach.

I tried one like that once and it rolled to that side when drawn. I always try to bisect the centerline with the string (ref. TBB). John
