Can you ID bow? Red glass belly and back no shelf, brass fishing insert. Says 700 40#. 60 inches long.

Looks like a Pony I think.

I'd guess about a '65 model.

Is it a longbow?

The Pony had limbs referred to by B.P. as Semi working recurve, and later modified recurve, and then semi-recurve. They apparently considered it a recurve bow, but it does look like a modern R/D longbow in the limb profile.
