What carbon arrow spine would you recommend for a RER Retro shooting 46 lbs at my 27 inch draw?

Not enough info to provide an answer closer than an educated guess.
To do it properly, we need to know just how close Kevin cut the sight window to center and how thick the strikeplate is thats on the bow. This has a huge impact on best arrow spine.
Next, you can't trust the bow's markings. Borrow a bow scale, mark an arrow and measure true weight at your actual draw.
No slam on RERs as I love them, but when I measured the last three, none exactly matched what was written.
With true draw weight and true sight window strikeplate measurements, THEN we can recommend an arrow spine, actually several, allowing for tip weight and length changes to hit the ideal spine.

600 at 27 you can always trim it down if you have to, for more front weight.

The only concern I had with the 600 spine is that to get the weight up to 12 grains per pound I would have to shoot 250 grains up front. Wouldn't that make them to weak? I would like to shoot around 225-250 grains.

Flash has you in the ballpark. Centershot could move the required tip weights considerably. 3R has a kit that'll have a 600 and 500 in it. I'd cut them as a last resort, archery clasifieds everywhere are full of arrrow cut too short.

Gold Tip 35/55 with a 100 grain insert and 150 grain broadhead will put me at 518 grains. With a 175 at 543. Probably go that route.

If I was going to put all that weight up front I would go with 5575's

I'm shooting your specs out of a Titan. For me the best tuned has been Gt trad 3555 with 125gr head cut to 29.5 inches. Arrow is coming in total wieght of 430grs.

Putting all the weight on the front of the arrow to achieve x number of gpp, is a mistake in my opinion. Better if the overal weight of the shaft is heavier. The problem with the lighter spined carbons is that they are just too light of a shaft overall!

A 500 spine should be alright at around 29.5"-30" long, with 175-200 grains on the business end. If you don't want that much length or weight up front go with the 600. I shoot a 46@28" Predator drawn 28" with 1916s and 125grn. points with great flight. The 1916s spine close to 600 I believe. I'd get a few aluminums in the 1916 and 1816 sizes and test them with standard points. Lancaster Archery sell all types by the each, so that's a good place to start.

SB, do you shoot carbon arrows? They can handle the weight upfront.

Yeah I shoot some carbons...but refuse to hunt with them. Bad results the one year I did. Putting all the weight on the front is not a heavier arrow. It 's a light arrow with a heavy point. NOT the same dynamics!

I ordered the carbon express 150's and some 50 grain brass inserts. They weigh 10.11 grains per inch. I don't think that is necessarily a light shaft.

SB, did you have problems with penetration ? I'd say a heavy arrow is a heavy arrow no matter were the weight is. Of course if it's not flying true, you aren't doing yourself any favors no matter where the the weight is.

Cx heratage 90 cut 29 with 200 or 250 should be good if your bow is cut to center. I shoot 48 pounds and use a 150 tips and that arrow works well.

I was wanting to try the CE Heritage 90's but did not really want to buy 200 grain broadheads. I have some 175's.
