What is the chance of finding a left hand martin bushmaster longbow around 35-40 lbs. Are they made anymore? Any new old stock? Anyone have one laying around?

The Martin Bushmaster I believe is no longer made. Replaced by the viper, I think.

First thing you need to do is post a wanted to buy ad in the classifieds...secondly I think these bows may have been made under both the Howatt and Martin labels depending on the year, the one I just bought/traded for is marked Howatt and it is clearly a well designed and executed bow with some nice details...new old stock is everywhere, you just have to get lucky finding it...yes they are 64 inches and are also designated as ML18...I sent a private message to Larry Hatfield yesterday asking him to tell me what he can about the bow since he more than likely designed it...unless you have your heart set on that particular bow please recognize that Larry, as far a I know, shoots a couple of Venoms, or possible a Venom and a Viper, the only bows he owns...if you are going looking for a discontinued Martin/Howatt bow that is what I would be looking for...if he is only going to own two I think Mr. Hatfield would be picking his best work

I had three ML-18 Bushmasters. One had the Howatt name on it, the other 2 had Martin on them. I liked the bows. I read somewhere that the Barta bow was made on the same form. I'm not sure. If so, that may give you another option.

Not replaced by the Viper. More like the Vision! Long predates the Viper.
