Here is a new ILF riser I finished today, it is all wood, African mahogany, rosewood, and the curved accents are a mystery wood. I wasn't sure if it would work because mahogany is normally very brittle but it held together. It is 15" and with these medium limbs makes a 58" bow at around 45#. put 50 or so arrows through before finish and will shoot it more tomorrow after I get some rest material on it.

Thanks for looking

Dang, I really like the looks of that! Makes a sweet looking recurve.

Why is the string not tracking to the center of the bottom limb or is that just the picture out of kilter?

Very nice, is that a heavy wood? I find a heavy riser more stable to shoot.

Nice, I like the wood combo.

James, limb are straight, I guess the picture makes it look like it is off.

Todd, the wood is not actually that heavy, not sure what to compare it to but I have a 13" actionwood riser I made and that is heavier than this.

Thanks guys
