John was a close friend of Howard Hill and was also his understudy. Howard taught John and his brother I think Dan was his name how to make bows. John is a master bowyer, excellant shot and fine person from what I have been told. He quit making bows several years ago. John inturn passed his knowledge on to David Miller of Miller bows, who makes one of the finest bows made today. IMHO..... Tom
