I'm know it will be great, but I wonder why they didn't retain their favorite son, Aspirinbuster.

I would love to see Byron shoot someday as well as Frank. Both have wonderful talents and both promote archery well along with very good messages. From personal experience I know Frank is an amazing guy and will go out of his way to help others.
As for the rest of you bashing the way you are, I am really not impressed with your behaviour. It is very immature and flagrant and it disappoints me to see it on what s normally a wonderful site to take part in. The comments above were uncalled for.

Really should get some facts straight. The current population of West Virginia is 1.85 million; the current number of active duty soldiers in the U.S. Army is about a half million. :^)

X3 Jeffer. Frank is a good man. He has taken time to answer my questions many times. Have never chatted or met Byron, but I would like to.

Lost Arrow, look here for info: http://wvdnr.gov/NHFD/Main.shtm
It is at Stonewll Resort SP.
Stacy did the archery exhibition for the event from it's begining until his death. It used to be held at the French Creek Game Farm (now WV State Wildlife Center), until it was moved due to growth. I haven't been to it for some years now, but it is a great event.

The reason people bust Frank's chops is that he comes on to this site and self- promotes his shows. All he would have to do is buy a relatively inexpensive sponsorship from Pat and the negativity would completely go away, but he refuses to and Phil has made it abundently clear that Frank doesn't have to. That dynamic simply rubs people the wrong way.
I've never once seen Byron come here and do the same.

I think Frank moved to Texas recently because his wife got a better job there. Might be why he won't be there this year.

I can't understand why anyone on this site that most of us don't pay 1 red cent to enjoy, should be concerned about what Frank's business arrangements are with the owners of this site. Frank is obvioisly good for Cabela's because they would not pay him if he wasn't. Many sponsors of this site also sell their goods in Cabelas, so Frank is good for our site too. What business is it of anyone on this site if the owners of this site decided to pay for Frank's halftime appearance at the next Superbowl. REB is on to the reason behind ya'lls negative comments. By the way I would watch the halftime show for once.

Why are you so concerned with minding other’s business Ghost, are you paying a sponsorship, or paying to use this site?
If the folks who own or moderate the site don’t have a problem with it, what business is it of yours?

Yeah buddy it takes a stout person to shoot a 70 LB long bow with precision.
What little bit I’ve seen of Byron Ferguson on TV left a very favorable impression, not just with amazing shots, but happy go lucky personality too.
Great ambassador for the sport of archery.

"Maybe Frank could open for Byron,"
Twice I opened for Byron at the Southern Illinois Hunting and Fishing days. After watching me shoot balloons at 70 meters with my Olympic rig, the crowd was pretty imressed...
That is, until they saw Byron shoot. ;)
Byron is the man. Glad they got him.
