Put the finishing touches on my latest bow this evening. 62" 49#@28" d/r longbow. African blackwood and bacote riser with bloodwood stripe accented by a .050 bacote strip between two .030 osage actionwood strips. The veneers are bacote and the cores are osage actionwood. I added a .030 osage lam mostly for looks because I wanted the fades to be visible. Bacote and yellowheart overlays. The flat tbird finish made the bloodwood turn purple like purpleheart. I have seen this before with bloodwood. Thanks for looking! Sorry the full length pics aren't better. Mike

Yep I'll second that, it is a sweet looking bow! If it shoots anywhere near as good as the last one I bought... And 49lbs seems just about perfect :)
