I got myself a spirit longbow this year from RMSgear and was wondering what the recommended brace height would be for it it's an R/D and is 62" long. Right now I have it set at 7" seems to shoot pretty good but since I don't know a hole lot about longbows I was just wondering what others have theirs set at

Scott, suggested brace is just that...suggested. Find where is works for you best. 7" seems about right...maybe even try 7 1/2.

Most LB you can start at about 6" and work up from there.

Most of my bows with those specs. like 7 " - 7 5/8", your mileage may differ.
