I HAVE A 33# TARGET BOW WITH A BAD TWIST IN TOP LIMB. I HAVE TRIED RUNNING HOT WATER ON IT, BUT NOT HAVING ANY LUCK. GUESS I WILL TRY HAIR DRYER OR HEAT GUN NEXT. ANY SUGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Use dry heat a heat gun as you mentioned, heat to the point you can still handle it with bare hands and twist back plus a little extra til it sets right. Then string it up and leave it strung for a while, repeat if needed.

no heat just keep twisting they will come out sooner or later without heat unless there was some repaired damage on one of the limbs maybe ? bd
