It can be done and makes a 25 inch riser but is a lot of machine work. They do not have limb bolts but that is not an issue. I install LB's. I am guessing but I'd say these risers will gain 6 or so pounds on limbs marked for 25 inch risers, maybe less? They should make a very fast Bow for a 25 inch riser compared to the kicked back geometry of most Olympic risers but again, I am guessing. If you have an Old Bow that looks like this? It can be converted to ILF.

Here is a pocket in the rough with spacers installed to ILF profile. It is late and I promised PaPa Doc I'd post up pics and several others also inquired. I do not want to do the ones with limb bolts from the factory. The Bolts are tilted and not enough material to really do the job without lot's of work and re heelicoiling to 3/8's bolts. I did one of the those models and it is the last unless someone really want's it bad? $$$$
These are fine to do, the one's without the LB's

The dovetail is machined into the original material and no plates are used.

Here is the only issue and in my opinion is a cosmetic issue only. There is plenty of material on top and the helicoil is enclosed. This can be fixed with a dab of Outty or bondo and covered. The reason it is more so on the top side is the helicoil tap taking out some on the bottom of the tap. The helicoil is enclosed in the main meat of the material. The other side has more thickness than the left side of the riser casting.

There are Gazillions of these risers floating around. On the other pocket I will limit the down travel of the tap and might not break through, we'll see?

That is pretty cool. I still would never go back to a metal handle. I remember how cold my pse was holding on to as a kid in a tree stand. I could never keep a warm hand holding a metal riser.

Just lace up a leather grip like on your longbow. I like wood and metal. I like selfbows,,laminated Bows and Mexican food and Italian food and Beans and cornbread. I like Hills,,really have kind of a love affair for Hill style Bows but shoot them all. I guess you could say that I am "Bow Bi" cause I like em all!
