Does anyone have a custom one piece longbow from Tim at Dry Ridge? How does it stack up to other bows? ?Pics would be great

Don't know anything about them but for a custom bow the prices are excellent.

If it is anything like the three piece I used to own, best value out their. Smooth, very little handshock:even with B50,did not stack to 32" and plenty quick.

I know that BRohm has the Economy longbow that Tim Duvall at Dry Ridge Archery makes and I've read nothing but glowing reports from others on the performance of Dry Ridge Archery's bows, both the one piece and takedown longbows.

I had a takedown recurve made for me by Tim at Dry Ridge Archery last year and all I can say is that when I first took the bow out of the tube, I was speechless! I do not think I have EVER seen a more beautiful bow in my entire life, either in person or in pictures! The only problem I had with it was the grip was a little too small for my Frankenstein hands, so I decided to keep the riser and have new limbs custom made for it to be gifted to a female friend. It was due to the incredible beauty and expert craftsmanship of the recurve that Tim made for me that caused me to buy a takedown longbow from him, which should be in my hands soon. Also considering another takedown recurve from him as well, with a bigger grip, of course. Here are the pics, God and Christ Bless!

This thread from the Leatherwall dates back to 2011, the last year I had a business card from Tim, for Dry Ridge Archery.

http://leatherwall.bowsite.com/tf/lw/thread2.cfm?forum=23&threadid=222976&messages=1&category=3

However, when I just clicked on the web address that I posted on the thread back in 2011, the information says that the web address is now for sale.

An online business listing for "Dry Ridge Archery", at the "discontinued" web address, lists this phone number for Dry Ridge Archery as (724) 787-2793. I did not try calling the number.

I sure hope all is well with Tim and his family. Perhaps his family obligations has kept him away from his fine boyering skills........
