For sale is a custom Martin Bamboo Viper I
bought from a gentleman who worked for the
Martin factory and special ordered it for
himself. I bought it from him, as far as I
know I am the second owner. 66" 60#@28"
(though when I scaled it it read 58-59
lbs). Custom touches include the longer
66" length (standard bamboo vipers are 64"
if I remember correctly), a layer of
carbon FIBER on the belly (standard bamboo
vipers only had a layer of carbon on the
back and clear glass on the belly). It
shoots quickly but it's a little loud if
you don't use particularly heavy arrows.
