Anyone shoot or have shot a Bivouac Lonestar? Looks like a great 50’s style recurve but don’t hear too much about them. Assuming anything from Bivouac will be a nice shooter. Also wondering how it would handle a 29.5” draw being only 60”. Cheers

Not sure about that model. But my buddy just went to his shop and bought one of his longbows. Very fast sand smooth. I’d like to try one of those 50s styles myself

I have two Lonestar’s and my son has one also. They are fantastic bows in every way! The first that I ordered is a custom dual shelf 60” that Jim agreed to build for me and then I bought another RH 62”. My son draws almost 31” and his is a custom 60” takedown that Jim built for him… and he doesn’t have any issues with his long draw.
