This is a very good read, Roy I. Case, Wisconsin Bowhunting Legend.
This is all about the man that took the first legal deer bow kill in Wisconsin. The book tells about the man and a lot of what he did for the archery world as well as for bowhunting.
It also has a great section about his Broadheads that he made using bullet jackets and stamped steel to make the Kiska Broadheads.
Roy did a lot to promote both archery as well as Bowhunting. He and his sons made a ton of stuff in his small shop, just about everything needed to shoot or hunt with.
This fine Book was written by our own Bill McCrary and is very well written. To get one of these books of your own, simply contact the Wisconsin BowHunting Association.
Roy and his family were very instrumental in promoting this sport into what it is today. Bill's research in gathering up all that is in here was painstakingly done and it shows in the quality of the book. It is well worth the time to read and to add to a collection.
It also has numerous photo's to go with what is being spoken of. Pretty cool stuff about Broadhead collecting. Jerry
